The Dharma Sansad in the ongoing Magh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh had 'demanded' that India should be declared a Hindu Rashtra, Subhash Chandra Bose should be named as the first Prime Minister of the country.
"The government may not declare India as a Hindu nation, but all Hindus should start writing and terming the country a Hindu Rashtra. By doing so, the government would be compelled to declare the country a Hindu nation," Jagadguru Swami Narendranand Saraswati, the Chief Guest of the conclave said.
"Islamic jihad is a big threat to humanity and the world. To crush it, the policy of China will have to be adopted and it can be stopped by imposing sanctions as China has done. 'Sanatani' are the target of everyone and for this, it is necessary that the system of equal education and equal justice is implemented in the country," he said further.
Narendranand Saraswati also claimed that there cannot be a 'father of the nation' and added that Subhash Chandra Bose, should be declared the first Prime Minister of the country.
"There can be no father of the nation. There can be the son of the nation, but not the father of the nation. The first Prime Minister of the country was Subhash Chandra Bose, his leadership was accepted by many countries. In such a situation, he should be declared the first Prime Minister of the country. Historians have presented wrong facts before the countrymen, due to which today's generation is confused," he said.
Jagadguru also said that "Muslims are not a minority and action should be taken to withdraw their minority status".
Mahamandaleshwar Annapurna Bharti of Niranjani Akhara appealed to those present in the Mela to write a letter to the government for the release of Mahamandaleshwar Narasimhanand Yeti and Jitendra Narain Singh Tyagi who were arrested in connection with the Haridwar hate speech conclave.
"If our two warriors aren't released in a week, this movement will get aggressive. We could also do what Bhagat Singh did to the assembly."
