A routine day for a Rapido driver took an unexpected turn when he received a booking.
Upon reaching the pickup location, he discovered that the customer already possessed a bike.

Confused, he inquired about the purpose of booking a ride. The customer explained that his own bike had malfunctioned, leaving him stranded and requiring transportation to the nearest repair shop.
Responding to the customer's requirement, the Rapido driver applied a traditional Indian 'jugaad', using his leg to guide the malfunctioning bike while transporting the customer to a location 2 kilometers away.
Once they reached the destination, the driver prepared to depart.
What adds an extra layer of distinction to this tale is the rider's choice to cancel the ride subsequently, declining any payment.
Nevertheless, in a touching display of appreciation, the customer insisted on offering compensation to the rider for his assistance, handing him over some money.
