In an absolute shocker, a 19-year-old in Tamil Nadu¡¯s Madurai allegedly killed his mother because of her over her ¡®illicit¡¯ relationship with a man.
The victim is S Vanjimala of Meenambalpuram and she was allegedly having an extra-marital affair. When her son S Omsakthi learned about it he told her to stop. But she did not listen and it led to arguments.
Upset, he smashed her head with a grinding stone on February 1. She died in hospital. The police were called and Omsakthi was taken into custody, as per a TOI report.

Similar incident last year
In a similar incident, a widow was allegedly raped and murdered by her 21-year-old son in Haveri, Karnataka back in November 2020.
Police said that the woman had sexual relationships with her son and a few other men after her husband passed away. Her son has wanted her for only himself. When she refused to be exclusive he allegedly killed her.
Even in Gujarat
In yet another incident, a man allegedly strangled his five-year-old daughter because he suspected his wife of being unfaithful in the Anand district of Gujarat back in January.

Police said the accused Shailesh Padhiyar, had regular arguments with his wife and suspected that the child due to her extra-marital affair. On January 26, he took the child to a nearby field and strangled her. Later he searched for her to mislead the cops.
