Novak Djokovic continued with his controversial off-court antics as the Serbian walked out of a BBC interview, hours after accusing the crowd at Wimbledon of being disrespectful. Djokovic walked out of the interview after repeated questions by the interviewer about his post-match comments.

Unsurprisingly, the interview started with the journalist asking the 37-year-old how he felt after having a little more time to reflect on his criticism of the Wimbledon crowd, to which the Serb said, "Same."

This was followed by two more questions about the post-match incidents, at which point Djokovic snapped at the reporter, asking, "Do you have any other questions other than the crowd? I mean, are you focused only on that, or do you have any questions about the match or something like that, or is it solely focused on that?"

Interview over in 90 seconds

Though the journalist tried to defuse the situation and asked about his upcoming match, the World No. 2 had enough and stormed out of the interview, saying, "Yeah, I look forward to it. It's going to be a tough one. Thanks."

The 24-time Grand Slam winner had courted controversy after beating Holger Rune in straight sets on Wimbledon's Centre Court on Monday. A section of the Centre Court crowd had been chanting ¡°Ruuuune,¡± which Djokovic perceived as ¡°boooo.¡±

Claiming that the crowd was being disrespectful, Djokovic expressed his disappointment and even taunted them with 'Gooood night' wishes. "I played in much more hostile environments, trust me. You guys can¡¯t touch me,¡± Djokovic told the crowd.

He even gestured as if he were playing a violin, perhaps mockingly indicating he felt bad for anyone in the arena who had been saddened by his winning and getting to the quarterfinals at the All England Club for the 15th time.
