Not eligible for refund

Unsupportive customer support
While Michael tried to reason with the agent he was in a hurry to close the chat there was nothing else he could do and even suggested that the customer was free to contact them for any further queries.
But when Michael tried to contact customer support again, he was connected to the same agent, who closed the chat without even responding.
Tried to make another inquiry, got connected to the same outsourced agent and he immediately closed the support ticket¡ shameless pic.twitter.com/xqKxeP38TE

"Hi Michael, we're so sorry for this experience and understand your frustration. We want to make things right so we've issued you a full refund on your recent order. Check your in-app messages for more details," the message from Uber Eats read.
