World's Richest Man Elon Musk Wants To Fight Vladimir Putin With Ukraine As The Prize
Elon Musk challenged Russian President Vladimir Putin to a fight, with nothing less than the fate of Ukraine, scene of Moscow's brutal invasion, at stake. "I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine," said Musk.
Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and currently the richest man in the world is no stranger to posting random and at times controversial stuff on Twitter, which at times can have implications on his company's valuation.
Still, he managed to leave a lot of people shocked on Monday after he challenged Russian President Vladimir Putin to a fight, with nothing less than the fate of Ukraine, scene of Moscow's brutal invasion, at stake.
"I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine," said Musk.
"Do you accept this fight?" he added in Russian, directly addressing the official English-language Twitter account of the 69-year-old president.

When one of Musk's 77 million followers wrote that the Tesla founder might not have thought his challenge through, Musk said he was "absolutely serious."
"If Putin could so easily humiliate the west, then he would accept the challenge. But he will not," he added.
It is still unclear what sort of fight Musk is looking for against Putin, who is a legitimate fighter and is trained in Judo, though he was recently stripped of his black belt.
There was no immediate reaction from the Kremlin, but the head of the Russian Space Agency responded by calling Musk a ¡®weakling¡¯ in his Tweet in Russian.

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov posted a mocking response on Telegram, saying: "Elon Musk: I wouldn't advise you to test your strength against Putin."
"Your weight categories are too different," said Kadyrov.
Ever since Russia began invading Ukraine last month, South African-born Musk has been clear which side he is.
Musk has supplied Ukraine with Starlink internet service and equipment to help bring connectivity to areas hit by Russian military attacks.
But days later he refused to block Russian news sources on the Starlink platform saying he was a 'free speech absolutist'.
