Vivian Jenna Wilson's response to Musk's post
The post was widely criticised, with many seeing it as a threat of sexual violence. One of the loudest voices to denounce Musk's crass post was Vivian Jenna Wilson, the world's richest man's estranged transgender daughter.
"I saw the tweet. Heinous incel nonsense is, in fact, heinous incel nonsense. I don¡¯t really have anything to add to it, it¡¯s just abhorrent. That much is obvious, and if you don¡¯t see how, then you¡¯re part of the problem,¡± she wrote on Instagram Threads.
¡°I would just like to say to my audience members, don¡¯t let people talk to you like that. It¡¯s disgusting, it¡¯s belittling and incredibly sexist. You deserve better,¡± she added.

Troubled relationship between Musk and Vivian Jenna Wilson

Many feel that Xavier Musk's transition into Vivian Jenna Wilson was the trigger that transformed a liberal and progressive Elon Musk into the transphobic, woke-hating far-right winger he is today. In 2022, Vivian distanced herself from Musk and even legally dropped his surname in favour of her mother's.

'Woke mind virus killed my son'
In a July 2024 interview, Musk had claimed that he was tricked into signing off on puberty blockers for Xavier.
"I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier. This was before I had any understanding of what was going on," Musk said.
Claiming that his son Xavier was dead and that he was killed by the 'woke mind virus', Musk further said, "I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that. And we're making some progress."

Responding to Musk, Wilson said her father had been ¡°uncaring¡± and behaved in a ¡°cruel¡± manner towards her as a child over her being queer and feminine.
