WWE Raw results March 3: WWE Raw results March 3: The latest episode of WWE Raw, which was held in Buffalo, proved to be a memorable affair for fans. John Cena dominated the narrative despite not appearing on the show. CM Punk opened the show with a hard-hitting promo in which he called the GOAT and The Rock ¡®bald frauds¡¯ over their actions at Elimination Chamber 2025

The episode also saw Rhea Ripley put the World¡¯s World title on the line against Iyo Sky in the main event of the night. Here¡¯s a look at the major developments from Raw March 3.

Iyo Sky beats Rhea Ripley in the main event

John Cena defeated CM Punk in the Elimination Chamber match to punch his ticket to WrestleMania 41, where he will take on Cody Rhodes for his Undisputed Championship. He, however, received some help from Seth Rollins as ¡®The Architect¡¯ curb-stomped the ¡®Best in the World¡¯ on his way out of the chamber. The Cenation leader¡¯s actions dominated the narrative even though he did not appear in person Punk opened tonight¡¯s Raw with a promo in which he took shots at Rollins, The Rock, and Cena. He was interrupted by the former member of The Shield and this led to a brawl between the two men.

Coming to the in-ring action, Rhea Ripley put the World¡¯s World Championship on the line against Iyo Sky. Bianca Belair, who won the Women¡¯s Elimination Chamber Match, was at ringside to witness the bout. After an even fight, Iyo picked up the win over a distracted Ripley. ¡®The Nightmare¡¯ had a confrontation with Belair in the contest¡¯s closing minutes and taunted her while trying to finish off Iyo Sky, which worked against her and allowed her opponent to get the win.

The night also saw Gunther, the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, pick up a clean win over Otis. The match, however, was more competitive than the The Ring General bout against Akira Tozawa last week.

The road ahead

Tonight¡¯s episode set the stage for an explosive show next week. Seth Rollins will lock horns with CM Punk in a steel cage match. Moreover, Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee are set to clash with The New Day in that episode. The match will be contested under ¡®tornado rules, meaning all four men will be permitted to be in the ring at the same time.
