SmackDown March 21 preview: The latest episode of WWE SmackDown, which will emanate live from Italy on March 21, promises to be a star-studded and memorable affair. Roman Reigns and CM Punk will be under the same roof for the first since the ¡®OTC¡¯ destroyed the ¡®Straight Edge Superstar¡¯ on Raw. They two will be joined by Seth Rollins, setting the stage for a showdown between the A-listers.
A deadly alliance on the cards?
Seth Rollins announced on this week¡¯s episode of Raw that he will be joining Roman Reigns and CM Punk on the blue brand. ¡®The Architect¡¯ shares a complex equation with his former Shield mate and Punk. Rollins has been brawling with ¡®The Second City Saint¡¯ for a while and their tensions reached an all-time high when they recently took on each other in a Steel Cage match on Raw.
The match was a brutal affair that ended abruptly when Reigns interfered and beat up both men. Rollins shares an equally volatile equation with the former ¡®Big Dog¡¯. He curb-stomped Reigns on the steps at the Royal Rumble event earlier this year after both men were eliminated from the titular match by Punk.

Given the past between the three men, the possibility of an all-out brawl between them on SmackDown can¡¯t be ruled out. If this happens, it may Nick Aldis¨C the GM of the brand¨C may decide to put them in a triple-threat match at WrestleMania 41.
There is also a possibility of Reigns forming a temporary alliance with Punk on Paul Heyman¡¯s insistence to corner the former ¡®Kingslayer¡¯. Heyman currently serves as the Wiseman for Reigns and previously managed the ¡®Best in the World¡¯. He still shares a bond with Punk, something that became clear on Raw a couple of weeks ago. Given this, a brief partnership between the ¡®Heyman Guys¡¯ is an exciting prospect.
Exciting matches await fans
This week¡¯s SmackDown will also see Jacob Fatu and Braun Strowman continue their bitter rivalry. The Bloodline member destroyed the latter last week. As such, the ¡®Monster of Monsters¡¯ will be looking for revenge this time around. Here¡¯s the complete card:
