From Nord CE 2 To OnePlus TV Y1S, Here's Everything We Know About The New Releases

New launches, tech innovations and more ¨C OnePlus has managed to keep its loyal customer base hooked on with regular upgrades and offerings.

In yet another major announcement, the smartphone giant announced the launch of OnePlus Nord CE 2, their mid-range premium smartphone and the new offerings in their smart TV product line with the OnePus TV Y1S and OnePlus TV Y1S Edge.

Slate for a 17th February 2022 launch, OnePlus has teased some expected features and product details keeping us on the edge of our seats.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G

Still jacked! In a teaser announcement, OnePlus revealed the latest offering Nord CE 2 will be host the 3.5mm headphone jack. But that¡¯s not all ¨C with the new Nord CE 2, the company is introducing an eclectic new colour Bahama Blue.

By the looks of it, the Nord CE 2 is a little more than we expected. Promising a day¡¯s power in just 15 minutes, the smartphone would feature 65W SuperVOOC fast charging to keep you going all day long. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 Chipset, you can expect a smooth user experience.

Leaked snippets also reveal that the Nord CE 2 is likely to have a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED Gorilla Glass 5 display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It will also feature a triple camera setup, which includes a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. Along with this, it will also host a 16MP selfie camera.

Just like its predecessors, the Nord CE 2 is likely to stay within the mid-range price segment with two variants, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at Rs 23,999 and its 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant priced at Rs 25,999.

OnePlus TV Y1S and Y1S Edge are expected to come with blazing fast, dual-band WiFi, to take your user experience a notch higher.

The smart TV would be equipped with the latest Android TV 11, enhanced with Auto Low Latency Mode. Powered by the Gamma Engine, OnePlus TV Y1S and Y1S Edge promise to offer incredible clarity, dynamic contrast and crisp colours.

Leaked rumours suggest that OnePlus is likely to keep the new offerings in the Y-series in the same under 20K price bucket to keep it affordable.
