And while these ultra rich individuals have had decades to amass this ridiculous amount of wealth, there are 78 millennial billionaires aged between 23 and 38 years, who are collectively worth more than $400 billion, an analysis by PhysicalGold.com found.
One-third of these young billionaires are from the US, while another one-fifth call China their home -- most other countries fall far behind. Unsurprisingly, the technology industry (28) represents the most number of millennial billionaires with a combined net worth of over $250 billion, with the most significant contribution coming from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
