Trust BTS' V to send social media into a frenzy on a random Sunday. This time around, Kim Taehyung surprised fans with a guessing game, and while he was at it, he also dropped adorable childhood pics of himself, and needless to say, ARMYs can't stop doting over baby Tae.
Even while serving in the military, BTS member V, whose real name is Kim Taehyung, hasn¡¯t forgotten how to make time for ARMY. Over the weekend, he took a short break from duties and jumped onto Weverse for a quiet but fun interaction with fans. A day after briefly joining Jin¡¯s live with J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook, V returned with a solo moment, this time with a guessing game.
He dropped a series of photos, some selfies and some taken by him, and asked fans to guess when each picture was taken. The tone was casual, but ARMY took the challenge seriously. Replies came pouring in, with fans trying to decode the time and place behind each image. Some even nailed it right away, leaving V genuinely surprised at how quickly they figured it out.
Along the way, he also shared a few unseen photos, including some of his younger self. The baby Taehyung pictures, in particular, caught everyone¡¯s attention, showing a softer, more personal side to the interaction. On May 19, BTS¡¯s V surprised fans on Weverse with a fun game. He wrote, ¡°I¡¯ll send you a picture; guess how old it is,¡± and then started posting photos for ARMY to guess.
First, he shared a few casual pictures of himself ¡ª one with a spoon in his mouth and another in a pool. When a fan guessed they were taken in fall 2023, V replied, ¡°I¡¯m not sure if it¡¯s autumn,¡± keeping things light.
Next, he posted a sunset photo. When fans got the date wrong, he playfully teased them, writing, ¡°Wow, that¡¯s too bad,¡± before revealing it was taken in November 2020.
The game got even sweeter when he shared baby photos. One showed his dad holding him as a baby. A fan guessed it was from May 1996, and V confirmed they were right ¡ª he was around five months old then. He also posted a kindergarten class photo and asked fans to guess what grade he was in. His answer? ¡°Giraffe class.¡±
When a fan asked, "Tahyung, when did you feel you were the most handsome in the uniform?" he announced the game is now over, writing, "The end! Let's do it another time."
After finishing the game, he quickly deleted all the photos that he had shared, but not before ARMYs took screenshots. The pics, especially the childhood ones, have now gone viral on social media, with fans doting over baby Taehyung.

About V's military return
ARMYs, it¡¯s finally happening. The long-awaited BTS reunion is just around the corner. V and RM are set to be discharged from the military on June 10, with Jimin and Jungkook following right after on June 11. Suga, who has been serving as a public service agent, will complete his service a bit later on June 21 ¡ª marking the final step before all seven members are officially back.
