World's Third Highest Peak, Kangchenjunga, Is Now Visible From West Bengal's Siliguri!
A picture of Kangchenjunga, also spelled Kanchenjunga which is the third highest mountain in the world was posted by Twitter user @mundhrashish. In the picture, the user mentions how the mountain is now clearly visible from his home in Siliguri and it looks absolutely mesmerising.
The lockdown is keeping human beings locked up inside their homes and nature has been flourishing in their absence. From wild animals claiming their habitats to pollution levels going down drastically, the environment isn't minding the lockdown one bit.

In fact, recently, Dhauladhar range, which is part of a Himalayan chain of mountains in Himachal Pradesh, had also become visible to the people of Jalandhar, which is in Punjab. The range which stands 200 km away from Jalandhar was visible after nearly 30 years.
This should definitely come as a lesson to all of us that nature can do better if only we are more careful in how we treat it.
