In an Instagram Story, Nottoli gave followers a glimpse of some of the wedding¡¯s ¡°personalised touches¡±¡ªincluding a calligraphed place card addressed to ¡°Taylor and Travis Kelce¡± with a table assignment at ¡°Table 13.¡± Unsurprisingly, that one detail was enough to send the internet into overdrive, with fans questioning whether the couple had already tied the knot in secret.
Fact check: No, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce did not secretly get married
However, Ellie Nottoli cleared up the confusion after her Instagram Story sparked a flurry of speculation about a secret wedding between Swift and Kelce. However, Nottoli later clarified that neither Swift nor Kelce was present at the Chicago celebration, explaining, ¡°We all know Taylor and Travis were at a different wedding in Tennessee.¡± She implied the card was likely just a placeholder or sample.
They attended Travis's cousin's wedding
As it turns out, the couple were in Knoxville, Tennessee, attending the wedding of Kelce¡¯s cousin, Tanner Corum, who married Samantha Peck. Photos from the event quickly circulated online, showing Swift, 34, in a strapless blue floral Markarian dress and Kelce, also 34, keeping things casual in a quarter-sleeved shirt and slacks.
