As per mirror.co.uk, Mark Neilson planned holidays worth 400,000 pounds (Rs 4 crore, approximately) for his employees after their company had a phenomenal year of success. According to the report, he also gave cash handouts to his staff on the holidays, making the prize money the special cherry on top.
