Wanting to return to his roots, Indukuri came back to India.
He figured out that there were very limited options for safe and hygienic milk in Hyderabad and decided to start his own dairy in the year 2012 with just 20 cows.
They started milking the cows themselves and delivered the milk directly to the doorsteps of his customers.
One of the first investments that were done in his dairy was the installation of a freeze and store system to make sure the milk remains fresh for a longer period of time for distribution.
