In a conversation with The Post, Amy Nobile, who is a holistic dating coach in the West Village, explained, "Taking yourself out on dates is an exercise in self-love and self-compassion. She added, "You¡¯re teaching yourself about your own needs, requirements, and the things that bring you joy. It¡¯s about uncovering your own passions."

Nobile¡¯s assistance is not an easy tool to access. It costs over $10,000 to gain her assistance for a single person to find their soulmate in the city. She says that a solo date can be as charming as going on a soiree with a charming, handsome, or cheeky siren.

The Dating Coach Encourages People To Do It Once A Week

The dating expert urges people to "make a whole day of it". She also prescribes singles stick to a non-strict routine of "masterdating" once a week. It seems that the hopeless romantics are already living happily ever after while dining and playing on their own. Many followers of the trend have also adopted Miley Cyrus¡¯ hit song ¡®Flowers¡¯ as the official anthem for the dating trend.
