Our fast lifestyles do not allow us to be involved or care about the lives of strangers. We cannot even blame ourselves for being apprehensive when a stranger tries to make conversation. Talking about an experience she had with a delivery person, Tanwisha Kanjilal took to Facebook to write about it and now her post is going viral.
In the post she says that the delivery person who came to her place asked her, "Ma'am rating de dena please" to which she said she would do it. ¡® While he was leaving, I thanked him for his politeness ("thank you bhaiya") and wished him Happy Diwali,¡¯ a part of the post reads. When she was about to eat her food, she got a call from the delivery person again who said, "ma'am, Diwali wish kiya ek mithhai toh khila do," (You have wished me Diwali, can you offer me sweets too) according to her post.
She writes in her post that she was apprehensive after the call, still she decided to call him back and gave him ¡®3 different types of sweets and 1 glass water¡¯. She saw him eating those, still a little scared, but when she realised there was nothing to be afraid of, she went out and offered more sweets to him.
"Aap kyun kuchh bina khaa ke duty kar rahe ho, bimaar padh jaoge,¡±(Why are you on duty on empty stomach, you will fall sick) she said to him, according to the post to which the delivery boy replied, "ma'am incentive nahi milega. Muslim hun maam but Diwali achha lagta hai."(I will not receive incentive. I am a Muslim but I like Diwali.)
That really touched the woman somewhere who wrote that the man¡¯s religion does not matter, she has found ¡®God.¡¯

We can all take some time out to be nice to others, as we won't know what they are going through.
