The restaurant named Aunt Dai is a Chinese restaurant in Montreal, Canada and has won's people's hearts with its blatantly honest menu. The owner of the restaurant, Feigang Fei, wanted to add a personal touch to the establishment's dishes. So, he placed true descriptions of his dishes and tell customers what they should be expecting. Since customers will already know what they are going to get, there will be no disappointment and no regrets.
The culinary world is tough - there are constantly new establishments coming up and older ones trying their best to stay in business. Restuarant-owners really have to fight the competition to get the maximum number of customers.
Restaurants hire the best of the best to advertise their product to let customers know of its high-quality, because that is what restaurants would want us to believe about them, right?
However, this restaurant has proved us wrong by letting their customers know what they actually serve. Truly, honesty like this has never been seen before.

Here are some of the descriptions from the menu:
'Comparing to our General Tao chicken, this one is not THAT good. Anyway, I am not a big fan of North American Chinese food and it's your call," reads the description of the orange beef.
'Don't let the name fool you, this one is NOT authentic Chinese food'.
Feigang Fei warns about the description above: "This is new on our menu, I did NOT have a chance to try this one yet. According to a lot of customers, this one is very popular. Looks like I should spend more time eating in my own restaurant."
