Student Grooves To 'Kala Chashma' On Stage During Convocation Ceremony, Video Goes Viral
A video of a student grooving to 'Kala Chashma' during his convocation ceremony is going viral on social media.
There is no better feeling than seeing your years of hard work coming to fruition on your graduation day. The day, momentous in many ways, is also a symbol of change, of progression and of moving onto new adventures.

The day is one to be celebrated and one student went all out to do that. A video of a student grooving to 'Kala Chashma' during his convocation ceremony is going viral on social media.
The student, identified as Mahir Malhotra, recreated the popular dance move made famous by the Norwegian dance group Quick Style. Just before receiving his certificate, Mahir performed the quirky step. He tripped down the stairs to perform the hook step, bringing the whole gathering to life.
As per his bio, Mahir describes himself as a digital creator.

The video has garnered over 30,00,000 views. People loved the video and this is what they had to say: "Still canĄ¯t believe you pulled that off infront of Sangeeta kher hahahaha," a user commented. "How awkward it would be at that time without the song," another user said. "What a guyyy," a third user said. "I wish I had the courage to do something like this," a user added.
Student dances while receiving his degree at the University of Nottingham
Earlier, another video went viral showing a student from the University of Nottingham, UK, expressing joy via his dance moves on the graduation stage.
Dressed in formal convocation attire in presence of dignitaries, the student came on the stage and broke into a celebratory dance, and called it a 'main character moment.' The student was identified Faizaan Alam.
"This is how I graduated." He even thanked UoN and Vice-chancellor Todd Landman for passing the vibe check while sharing the video from the joyous moment. "Definitely a main character moment. This was goals, I just had to graduate like this," he captioned the video.
In another post, Faizaan shared that he has become the first student in the history of Nottingham university to have three pictures clicked during the graduation walk.
