In the clip recorded on a neighbour's security camera, a toddler is seen playing around the apartment complex with a gun as he points and pulls the trigger on the gun several times. The video which has now gone viral is from an incident that took place in Beech Grove, Indiana.
The toddler was reportedly visiting his father, Shane Osborne, who was completely unaware that the child was playing around with a gun around the house＊s entrance. According to CNN, one of the neighbours called 911 and stated ※she and her son had witnessed the child alone in the hallway outside their unit, and that he had been holding a gun and pointing it at them.§
After the police made their way to the man＊s apartment, the father of the toddler claimed that he did not have a gun in his possession. He clearly stated, ※I don＊t have a gun.§ He then also added, ※I have never brought a gun into this house, if there is, it＊s my cousin＊s.§

The Father Was Arrested On Charges Of Child Neglect

The police eventually located the firearm after becoming acquainted with the neighbour＊s footage that evidently showed the child handling the gun. The man was later arrested for child neglect.
The man＊s arrest was broadcast on the television show "On Patrol: Live." The cameras followed the Beech Grove Police Department as the report led to the man＊s arrest on Saturday. The man defended his actions and told the police that he had been sick and was trying his best to stay awake with the toddler, but his sickness distracted him, and in the meantime, the toddler got a hold of the gun lying around in the house.
The father of the toddler didn＊t even know his child was gone. Running around in the cold in a diaper with a loaded gun. He lied about having the gun and was arrested.
