Worth A Try! Man's Hack To Get Rs 400 Starbucks Coffee For Rs 190 Has The Internet Amazed
A man on Twitter impressed people when he shared his ultimate jugaad to avoid paying hefty prices for a coffee at Starbucks and still enjoy the ambience of the outlet. His tweet is now viral.
You know you have made it in life when you can sit at a Starbucks for hours, exhausting your bank account for coffee orders, and not feel any regret. While having a coffee isn't always such a big deal in India, buying it from a Starbucks outlet certainly does add an air of royalty to the ritual.
A Man Employs Jugaad To Get Discounted Starbucks Coffee
In all the major cities in India, Starbucks has expanded its network. So, when a guy in Faridabad had the urge to have some coffee from Starbucks, he employed a first-grade jugaad to save some bucks.
Sandeep Mall, a health coach and entrepreneur, came up with the ultimate loophole to surpass his hefty coffee bills at Starbucks. He shared how he got himself a Rs 400 cup of coffee sold at the outlet for only Rs 190 with his jugaadu brain.
Wondering how he did it? Well, his way to extract the best deal was a clever yet simple hack. Mall, while sitting inside a Starbucks near him, ordered the drink he wanted on the food delivery app Zomato and got himself a discount, which reduced the cost of his original order by a few hundred bucks. Besides getting his desired coffee order for much less than it is sold in the outlets, Mall also got the drink delivered right to him with the app.
He explained his master plans in a tweet: "Sitting at Starbucks - coffee for 400. Zomato deal for same coffee 190. Ordered Zomato with address of Starbucks. The Zomato guy picks up and gives me to my table at Starbuck. ?? ???? business ???? ???? ?? completely out of course ???"
