'I kissed Morgan Wallen; I guess kissing me kind of went to his head,' she sang with a sly smile. Later in the set, Lana turned the focus to her present-day love life, sweetly mentioning, 'Now I got a man, he really loves me,' in what seemed to be a nod to her husband, Jeremy Dufrene, who was spotted in the audience.
