'Vaibhav is more powerful than Sachin'
While speaking to Star Sports, Navjot Singh Sidhu said he hasn't seen a player like him before. "He is a once-in-a-generation talent. I haven¡¯t seen a player like him in my whole life."
"Sachin Tendulkar was 16 when he started playing for India. Even at 14, Vaibhav is more powerful than Sachin. He has an amazing bat speed and generates a lot of power. No offence to Sachin, but Vaibhav seems a better player at the moment,¡± he added.
While Saba Karin agreed with Sidhu and said that when Tendulkar scored a hundred in the Irani Cup, he was in the middle with him. He was talented from the beginning, he noted.
"However, I also feel Vaibhav Suryavanshi has more power than Sachin,¡± he said.

Can Vaibhav Suryavanshi match or break Sachin Tendulkar's record?
Well, if we look at the stats, the youngest male international player is Marian Gherasim, who was 14 years and 16 days old when he hit the field for Romania in T20 against Bulgaria in October 2020.
While Sachin Tendulkar was India's youngest men's international, who was 16 years and 205 days young on his Test debut in Karachi in November 1989. And now we have Suryavanshi, who has two years and five months to hide under the genius from Mumbai, reported HT.
The report also noted that in so many ways so far, Suryavanshi is a marked man, much more than even Tendulkar was.
