"It is possible he did not do the Task when he was supposed to do. Normally, it is not possible for a human ( unless he is from another planet) to do a substantial task while riding a pillion. He might be watching RRR," one user commented.

"It's mostly negligence of the person itself, rather blaming leadership if you are the one who clicked then you could have stopped him and ask why he is using his laptop while travelling on bike and become a responsible citizen," another user said.
