International Space Station Captures Breathtaking View Of Bengaluru From 400 km Above Earth
Bengaluru was photographed by the International Space Station (ISS), a mobile research facility that orbits the planet 400 kilometres above it.
There is no doubt that anything would look stunning from space because of the unique vantage point offered by the height and distance from the earth's surface.
From space, the view is unobstructed by atmospheric distortion, cloud cover, and pollution, which allows for incredible detail and clarity. Additionally, the changing light and shadows created by the sun's rays offer put up a mesmerising visual display. This perspective allows us to see our planet in a new light and appreciate the beauty of our world from a whole new angle.

International Space Station serves as a centre for space research
For more than three decades, the International Space Station (ISS) has served as a centre for space research and technological advances, serving as humans' only permanent residence outside of earth.
While the ISS was the only facility housing humans in space for three decades, it has recently acquired a new ally with the launch of China's Tiangong space station.
