A Facebook post of a man from the US State of Virginia has gone viral where he described how his pet dog saved a fawn from drowning in a lake. Not doubt, dogs have time again proven how they literally are the most selfless beings.
A man by the name of Ralph Dorn from the state of Virginia US was looking for his pet Golden doodle named Harley. But he was missing. But soon after he found Harley and where he found him will melt your heart.
Ralph shared a story on Facebook about where Harley was and what was he doing. Ralph found Harley about 200 feet from the shore of the lake behind his home. But he wasn't alone. He was swimming with a tiny baby deer to save the latter from drowning.
In his post Ralph wrote, " I couldn¡¯t find Harley this evening until I looked out on the lake. He was near the middle of the lake herding a little fawn back to the shore line. Not sure how the fawn got out there but Harley obviously didn¡¯t ask why, he just jumped into action. Mama did come back."
But the story didn't end here. A few days after this incident Ralph found Harley getting restless. That was because he wanted to meet the fawn who was quite nearby.
He said, "I opened the front door and we could hear the fawn bleating. Harley ran into the tree line and found the fawn. The little one stopped bleating, tail wagging, they touched noses sniffed each other and Harley came calmly back to the house with me."
Several people praised Harley with lovable comments.
