"I built scenarios and budgets, put plans on hold, relied on therapy, and tried to work and deliver as best as I could. But I still cried for two hours straight when the day came."

She concluded her post by expressing her intention to take a break, focus on rebuilding and regaining confidence, and appealed to recruiters to consider hiring ex-Meta employees.
