Kerala Principal Stands In Front Of Bus To Ensure His Students' Boarding, Video Goes Viral
In the now-viral clip, the principal walks up to the bus and furiously argues with its driver, and after a while, he is seen standing in front of the bus.
Students across the country find it difficult to board private buses during rush hours. As students are eligible for the concessional fare, private buses often prevent them from entering the bus or, in some cases, don't allow them to occupy vacant seats.
Even after many court orders and summons to private bus operators, the problem continues unabated in many places.
Principal stops private bus to ensure it takes students
But when students from a district in north Kerala faced this problem, a school principal decided to take the matter into his own hands.
Dr. Sakeer, principal of PTM Higher Secondary School in Malappuram district, wasn't going to let his students suffer. He went out on the road to block the inter-district bus that was not stopping at the right bus stop.
Showing concern for his students and wanting to make a difference, he stood in front of the private bus, warned the crew to go slowly past the institution, and even demanded a stoppage at the school bus stop, as per PTI.
The act was caught on camera and shared online.

"We all had similar incidents while studying. It's good to see a principal stand up for his students," another user said.
