What happened with the mother?
According to ABC, the boy called 911 and stated that his mother "fell on a knife". When the officers arrived, he was reportedly found standing outside his home, covered in blood.
Neighbours said they witnessed an interaction between the teen and his mother before the stabbing. "There were witnesses outside the mobile home who saw Collin drag his mother inside by the hair on her head," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told the site.
The sheriff also stated that when the authorities arrived at the teen's home, he was "calm, cool, and collected - not upset." He reportedly informed the cops, "I know my rights, and I want an attorney."
