According to reports, M.I.A., in a nod to conspiracy theories regarding the 5G tech, wrote in a TikTok: "Future backwards is R U TUF."
"If the conspiracy theorists are wrong, good for you, you own some beautiful clothes made with pure silver and precious metals. But, if they are right, you just might have saved the future of humanity."
So what all does the bold line feature? Well, there's the $100, reversible, two-tone design 'Tin Foil Hat' for starters, which promises '100 per cent brain coverage.' There's also a 'Data Protection Dump Bag' worth $200, which can allegedly block '99.99 per cent' of 'electromagnetic radiation'. For those looking for even more coverage, the line also has a $200 'Full Protection Poncho,' for complete and ¡°full coverage of brain, gut, lungs, heart, and womb.'
"So censored and real you'd think it's conspiracy, or that it's actually Mark stealing data and stands to loose money, but this is true Def of revolutionary clothing," she wrote on Instagram.

The brand's target audience is "IT Professionals" and "Health-Conscious Consumers" who seek clothes with "Anti Hormonal Disruption and Anti bacterial" benefits.
How did the internet react?
There were many reactions online, and the internet was obviously divided because not everyone has bought into the theory about radiation from 5G technology harming the human body.
"You were rapping against capitalism and now you are selling tin foil hats for a hundred bucks. What happened to you Maya?" one user asked outright. "Where can I find the studies/reports that support these statistics & claims?" asked another. "What about the 0.01% of WiFi that DOES get through your product? Isn¡¯t that the most dangerous WiFi there is?" wondered a third.
