An ENT surgeon, outraged by the situation, published the post on X, noting that parents who readily paid this much would be hesitant to spend even 25% of it on a doctor.
"The parent orientation fee is 8,400 INR!!! No parent would agree to pay even 20% of this for a doctor's consultation. I plan to open a school presently." In addition to being a surgeon, Jagdish Chaturvedi is a stand-up comedian and entrepreneur, according to his biography. He put this caption beside the photo.
