Something similar happened with a woman CEO who shared her thoughts on twitter. But internet had mixed reactions over her tweet. Here's what happened.
Due to the demands at work and the additional commitment of having to care for a small baby at hand, new parents returning to the workforce frequently struggle to manage everything that's on their plate.
Something similar happened with a woman CEO who shared her thoughts on Twitter. But the internet had mixed reactions to her tweet. Here's what happened.

Often asked how are you going to make a mom and CEOs life work. Well, a little planning, a lot of patience and a problem solving attitude make things work. And a baby¡¯s laugh does the rest. pic.twitter.com/u2iqE5pKqU
The MD and CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Radhika Gupta, recently shared on Twitter how she used some advance planning in order to both be able to attend to her baby and also go to work. She shared a picture of her small boy playing with toys on a mat next to her desk in the office.
"On a day when both parents have to work, and there is no help, guess who comes to work? Often asked how are you going to make a mom and CEOs life work. Well, a little planning, a lot of patience and a problem solving attitude make things work. And a baby¡¯s laugh does the rest," she wrote in her tweet.
Although many internet users complimented Gupta's dedication to both work and life, others emphasised that others in lower-level positions do not receive the same perks.
People on the internet reminded the CEO of her 'privilege'
The tweet caught people's attention on social media and the post went viral. So far, the tweet has 300k views with hundreds of likes and tweets under it.
A man wrote, "This is one of the perks of being CEO! Lesser minions may often not have such an option and often struggle to balance home and work. And it's usually the woman who bears the brunt of this."

Another man suggested, "Such things are available at higher management level only mam , for average ofc going couples , clearly its a day off from work. Need such acceptance at all levels."
