The woman identified as Christine Faulds, from Ohio, found herself in trouble while working out on an inversion table. Christine tried to lift her lower body but realised she was stuck and could not do much.
A video of the incident has gone viral where she can be seen talking to a 911 executive about the trouble she has gotten into.
¡°Hi, I couldn¡¯t look up the non-emergency number. There¡¯s only one other person at the gym and I got stuck in this you know that backboard thing that flips back?¡± she told the emergency dispatcher.
¡°I wish there were more people in the gym right now, but I¡¯m stuck in this reverse back decompression thing. I don¡¯t know, I just can¡¯t get anyone¡¯s attention at the gym. I¡¯m just stuck upside down and I cannot get myself right side up,¡± she further added.

The woman was stuck inside Powerhouse Gym in Berea, Ohio. She was seen trying to call someone called Jason in the gym who couldn't hear her due to the loud music.
An officer arrived a few minutes after Christine called 911 and helped her. Christine told her fans and followers on TikTok that she was left with a headache and mild fuzziness after the incident.
