¡®How Are The Police Going To Help You Urinate?¡¯: Man Stuck in Traffic Calls 911 Because He Had to Pee
A Canadian man who was stuck in traffic and needed to pee, ended up calling 911 in order to ask for help.
Uh oh, nature's call. A man in Canada who was stuck in traffic and needed to pee ended up calling 911 in order to ask for help.
The bizarre incident took place in the Canadian province of Ontario when the distressed man called 911 and asked for an ambulance before changing his mind and saying he actually needed the police instead, New York Post reported.
In a 38-second clip of the 911 call that was shared by the department, a dispatcher can be heard saying, ¡°Okay, you have the police. Where is the emergency?¡±
¡°Actually the thing is, I have to pee, and these guys in front of me aren¡¯t moving,¡± the caller responded.
Calling 9-1-1 because you need to use the bathroom and the car ahead isn't moving fast enough, is definitely #NotFor911.

The dispatcher was understandably stunned by his ¡¯emergency¡¯ and literally had to ask him ¡°How are the police going to help you urinate?¡±
Annoyed by the man¡¯s unusual request, the dispatcher told the caller that he could not help and hung up the phone.
The Peel Regional Police department leaked the audio clip of the phone call as a public service announcement to remind the public not to use the hotline for non-emergency calls that can take precious seconds away from those in real emergencies.
The police department warned that misuse can potentially prevent someone with a life-threatening emergency from getting help on time.
This is not the first time someone has called 911 to place a bizarre request.
A Canadian woman once dialled 911 after hearing yelling and shouting coming from her neighbour¡¯s apartment. When cops arrived, they pounded on the door until the occupant finally opened up. That¡¯s when they discovered that the man was in no danger. He had just been having a rough time on the toilet, Reader's Digest reported.
