Brave Woman Cop Lures Fugitive By Saying She Wants To Marry Him, Then Arrests Him Inside Temple
Balkishan Chaubey was a hardcore wanted criminal in 16 criminal cases. He had killed a man in the Nowgaon area of Madhya Pradesh in August this year. The police then came to know that he was looking for a woman to get married and the police laid a trap and asked a woman police officer to contact him through mobile.
A hardcore wanted criminal in 16 criminal cases was on the run, but one brave woman cop managed to catch him by laying a trap, that of a fake wedding. The dreaded criminal was on the run for the past year.
Balkishan Chaubey, who is a resident of Bijouri village, Mahba district of UP, had killed a man in the Nowgaon area of Madhya Pradesh in August this year. He was also carrying a reward of Rs 10,000 on his head.
According to reports, SS Baghel, sub-divisional police, Chhatarpur said ¡°The MP Police were trying to nab him but every time he succeeded in dodging us.¡±

The police then came to know that he was looking for a woman to get married and the police laid a trap and asked a woman police officer to contact him through mobile.
¡°Police arranged a SIM card of New Delhi circle in the name of a woman labourer from Bundelkhand, who is presently living in New Delhi. The woman sub-inspector called Chaubey and said she mistakenly dialed his number. Chaubey asked her whereabouts and later he checked the credentials of the number. Chaubey called her back and they started talking to each other. After a week, the woman proposed marriage to him,¡± said Tilak Singh, superintendent of police, Chhatarpur.
They decided to meet in a temple of Bijouri village, MP for the Roka ceremony on Thursday. ¡°The woman sub-inspector reached there with other police personnel in civil dress. When Chaubey reached the temple, police arrested him on Thursday,¡± said Singh.
Chaubey was produced in court and was sent to jail on Friday. His bail plea was also rejected.
