Stuff You Never Thought You'd See: Crocodile Races With Speedboat In Viral Video
In a viral video a high speed crocodile can be seen racing with a speedboat. The video has close to 7 lakh views on Twitter.
Animal videos on the internet are among the most fun things to watch. Some of them are bizarre, some downright amazing. Some of the animal videos shared on social media show us that side of some creatures that we were previously unaware of and that is what is the best part of such videos.
Take the most recent one involving a crocodile that is going viral, for example. In the video, a crocodile can be seen racing with a speedboat! Yes, you have got to watch the viral video to believe it.
The clip was shared on Twitter by a page called Gators Daily. The time and location of the video are not known but it promises to amaze you for sure.
The caption of the video reads, 'Croco races speedboat (sic)'.
The video was shot by the person riding on the speedboat. When it starts one sees water all around, however, a few moments later a crocodile emerges almost out of nowhere. It seems to be tearing through water, keeping with the fast going speedboat. As the vehicle goes ahead, the crocodile vanishes under the water, apparently left behind but to one's surprise, it emerges out for a bit right next to the speedboat. The croc seems to be swimming really really fact to beat the boat in the race.

Did you even know they were capable of swimming this fast?
A lot of people online were surprised to see that crocodile could swim that good and that fast some others found the clip scary. One user wrote, ' Where is this? So that I know to never visit there', while another wrote, 'Omg I didn't know they could swim that fast'.

According to Animals.mom.com, ¡®Crocodiles tire easily when lumbering across land, but they move with speed and ease in the water. Saltwater crocodiles (Crocodylus porosus) are estimated to swim at speeds of up to 15 kilometres per hour¡¯.
So yeah, crocs might not be the fastest creatures on earth or even in water but they can be pretty fast. So if you find yourself swimming in water with one, you better run for your life before it spots you.
