The unnamed man was left blue-faced (not red) in office after his colleagues tricked him into dressing up as a Smurf.
If you live in the west, it's quite normal for people in your neighbourbood to dress up in weird outfits and costumes on Halloween night or a few days before October 31.
Having said that, choosing the right Halloween costume can be challenging and even nightmarish for people. The urge to look more menacing and scary than others can push one to come up with many wacky and outrageous ideas.
But things are a little mellow this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. But despite several restrictions, there are many who have tried hard to add some fun element to Halloween even if they were working from home.

But Halloween also happens to be the time of pranks. One man was pranked in such an epic way by his colleagues, his Halloween get-up has gone viral.
The unnamed man was left blue-faced (not red) in office after his colleagues tricked him in to dressing up as a Smurf.
For the uninitiated, the Smurfs was a Belgian comic franchise that centered on a fictional colony of small, blue human-like creatures who lived in mushroom-shaped houses. It was even adapted into a cartoon series and a feature film.
A hilarious photo shared on Reddit shows the man at work, dressed fully like the iconic cartoon characters.

The man painted his face completely blue, wore a white wig, a blue suede shirt, blue gloves, and paired everything with a white skull cap to complete the Smurf look.
On Reddit, he explained that all his colleagues had agreed to dress up at work for Halloween. But on the day, it was only him who actually turned up with the look.
"All of my coworkers agreed to dress up as smurfs for Halloween. I'm the only one to go through with it," said the man on Reddit.
"We all agreed to dress up as different smurfs and our boss as Gargamel. No one else dressed up so I'm the only person in the warehouse who dressed up," he added.
Such fun!
