Disgruntled passengers have taken to Twitter to voice their frustration and demand answers from the airline following the incident. Which has set off a social media storm.

More than 50 people were reportedly waiting in a shuttle bus to board a Delhi-bound Go First plane when it departed the city airport.
What Happened That Made People Complain On Twitter?
It is alleged that more than fifty passengers were abandoned at the Bengaluru airport when a Go First flight departed without them. A number of travellers denounced Go Air on Twitter for abandoning passengers on the tarmac.
At 6:30 in the morning, Go First flight G8116 took off from Bengaluru to Delhi.
A number of social media users claim that 55 passengers were left behind on the bus and that the flight departed without them. It is said that the passengers, who had checked in their luggage and had their boarding passes, were left stranded on the tarmac.
At least three tweets prompted Go First Airways to ask people to share their information, saying, "We regret the inconvenience caused."
