London: Delivery Drivers Seen Kicking, Hitting Each Other With Helmets During Fight Over Orders
On July 13, in an incident outside a McDonald's in London, a group of delivery drivers clashed with each other.
Being a delivery driver is no easy feat it seems - you're under constant pressure to outperform a colleague because how much you earn depends on it. Then to deal with the weather, traffic and sometimes upset customers only add to the mix.
But whatever version of their plight you had in your minds, it definitely wasn't this. On July 13, in an incident outside a McDonald's in London, a group of delivery drivers clashed with each other.
Delivery drivers come to blows outside London McDonald's in a possible scam involving takeaway orders
A big group of delivery drivers literally came to blows outside a McDonald's as shocked customers watched from inside. They didn't just kick each other, they apparently even struck each other on the heads with their helmets. Watch the video here.
According to a Times Now report, this could have been the unfortunate result of a possible scam. This scam apparently involves drivers changing their location on GPS to create a 'spoof location' near an outlet.
The location decides how the customers' orders are divided, which is exactly what the scam plays on.
Tooting Police made a couple of tweets explaining they were investigating the matter
