Man Rips 29 Metal Licence Plates With His Bare Hands, Sets New World Record
Bill Clark, a professional strongman and weightlifting champion for the USA, has set a new Guinness World Record by tearing as many as 29 metal license plates with his bare hands in just one minute.

Clark¡¯s attempt honored frontline workers amid the pandemic, and raised money for Make-a-Wish.
He broke his own record that was set on August 22, 2018. Back then, he had ripped 23 US government-issued license plates in half.
At the NYSEG Stadium in Binghamton on August 28, the professional strongman ripped 29 license plates in half in just one minute.
The car number plates used for the record were not cut or altered in any way. They were handed to Bill one at a time before he used his hands to tear them up into two pieces, according to Guinness World.
"The truth is when Guinness contacted me I really didn't want to do it. But with the charities and everything else I decided it would be a good thing to do," said Clark.

Clarke has been lifting weights since he was a child, to deal with stress. In his illustrious powerlifting and strongman career, he has won the US National and World Powerlifting Championships. He also has over 100 state, national and world records in powerlifting.
