Frustrated with the entire experience with Ola, he tied his two-wheeler to a donkey. He paraded it on Sunday with banners that read ¡°Beware of this fraudulent company, Ola¡± and ¡°Do not buy two-wheelers of Ola Company.¡±
As a customer, one of the most frustrating experiences is not getting an apt response from the customer care team.
But how far can one get to express concern regarding a purchased product or service? This man in Maharashtra found an apt way to draw everyone's attention.
After the customer service team of Ola failed to provide him with a satisfactory response regarding his recently purchased e-scooter, this man organized a protest in an unthinkable way.
Sachin Gitte, from Beed district, tied a donkey to the two-wheeler and paraded it around town. The donkey was tied with posters and banners urging people not to trust the company.
A clip initially shared by a local news channel, LetsUpp Marathi, has gone viral on social media.
According to the report, Sachin's two-wheeler stopped working barely six days.
After contacting the company, an Ola mechanic checked his scooter, but no one came to fix it. Despite making numerous calls to the customer care team, he only received deceptive responses from the team.

Sachin Gitte, a trader, has also approached the Consumer Forum. He has registered a complaint that his bike has neither been repaired nor replaced despite reaching out to the customer service team. He has now urged the government to investigate Ola and take appropriate action.
He alleged that Ola does not provide any financial protection to its customers.
Mr. Gitte had booked the scooter in September 2021, and it was delivered to him on March 24, 2022.
Ola has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. After multiple reports of ola accidents and their scooters catching fire, the scooters will now be evaluated by the company's service engineers.
The company has confirmed that all scooters will undergo full diagnostics across all battery, thermal, and safety systems.
