Pickup Truck Driver Pulls Over And Unplugs Tesla From Charging While Owner Naps In Car

A man had to endure a particularly bizarre experience when trying to take a nap in his Tesla.
In a video going viral on Reddit, a pickup truck driver is seen pulling over and unplugging a Tesla from charging in Ontario, Canada. This all went down while the owner was napping in the car as it charged.
The footage was captured by the Model 3¡¯s Sentry mode system (Tesla's anti-theft system), which had already activated by itself, causing its lights to flash and camera to activate.
The truck driver showed complete disregard even as the car started to capture what was happening around it and went about his business of unplugging the car from the free public 7-kWh charger in a Park & Ride lot in Campbellville.
That¡¯s when the video cuts off, but the awakened Tesla owner poked his head out, and yelled at the driver to ¡°put [his] thing back in.¡±
¡°Anyone know the incentives for this behaviour. Was it the J1172 adapter? Was napping in the back seat, opened my eyes to see this Discount Bill Burr pull out the plug and fudge with the adapter and port. Did Sentry Mode cut the footage short because I was in the car already?¡± the Tesla driver wrote in the post.
Many Reddit users speculated that the truck driver must have been upset at the price of fuel in Ontario. "Just because you're bitter that gas prices are the highest they've ever been doesn't mean you need to be a jerk to an EV owner," one user commented. ¡°He¡¯s in Ontario, so that¡¯s 136L of diesel at $2.15/L or $292 for a full tank," another said. "Mad he has to pay $130 a tank to drive a full-size truck around a compact city," a third user added.
Meanwhile, an Indian gave his Tesla the most desi number plate ever. This picture was shared on Reddit by a user identified as u/krins12.
The picture is of a Tesla car model S. As soon as you look at the picture, there's something that stands out immediately - its number plate. This car's number plate says 'Bijli'! The caption along with the picture wrote, "You can take an Indian out of India, but not India out of an Indian."
