In a bizarre incident, a groom in Ecuador was arrested by police during his wedding, leaving his angry bride to chase after the police car on the road.
The man, whose name hasn't been revealed, was taken in at the worst possible time over child support it is claimed he owed another woman, Mirror reported.

The couple was about to exchange vows ahead of the incident that took place in El Guabo, in Ecuador's southernmost coastal province of El Oro.
A video of the bizarre turn of events has now gone viral on social media. The clip shows the groom being led away from the wedding venue by police officers. They made the groom sit in their vehicle and drove away.
The wedding guests were left furious and perplexed, and the bride was seen attempting to follow the police car as it drove off down the street.
She then reportedly got into another vehicle to follow them.
The groom-to-be reportedly owed several months' worth of child support money to another woman from a previous relationship and with whom he reportedly has several children, as per the Mirror.
It was said that he didn't provide any financial help to the children he had with that woman. When the police received a complaint about it, they picked the groom from his wedding venue.
In an unrelated incident, a man in the US' Florida was taken into custody after he allegedly drove the wrong way down a street and crashed into another vehicle in September. This happened just a few hours after he got hitched.
Indian River County Sheriff's Office
Nicholas Ruthenberg fled from the scene on foot, but was soon apprehended by authorities and was taken to the Indian River County Sheriff's Office.
As he arrived at the Sheriff's Office, he refused to pose for a mugshot, according to court records obtained by The Smoking Gun.
Photos taken from inside the premises show handlers struggling to get him to hold still for the camera.
