Driver Ruins Rs 4.8 Crore Ferrari SF90 After Crashing Into Parked Cars, Flees The Scene Later

A driver lost control of their luxury Ferrari on a public road and crashed into a row of parked cars. The impact was such that every parked vehicle was damaged to some degree.

The incident took place on May 25, when the Ferrari SF90 Stradale smashed into a white compact and pushed it further into two cars parked behind it on a two-lane road in the Birmingham suburb of Halesowen in the UK.

CCTV footage showed the driver of the most powerful Ferrari road car ever crawling out of the wreckage after the crash.

Images of the crash have been posted on social media and they clearly show the car badly damaged. The front end of the Ferrari was left a mess, with its shiny red bonnet mangled in the smash.

The Fire and Rescue team responding to the wreck reported that the driver had left the scene, and police were still looking to track them down a day later.

"We have identified the driver of the vehicle involved and have been in contact with their solicitor," a police spokesperson was quoted as saying by metro.co.uk.

"We are continuing to investigate the incident and have already spoken with a number of witnesses as part of those ongoing enquiries," the added.

Earlier in January, a rare ?2.5 million Ferrari Enzo tragically crashed into a tree.

The accident took place in the town of Baarn, just southeast of Amsterdam, Netherlands. The person responsible for the crash was a dealership mechanic.

Fortunately, he escaped from the accident without sustaining any injuries. He was taken to the hospital for a check-up.

Only 400 Enzos left the Ferrari production line between 2002 and 2004.

Despite costing ?450,000 at launch, Enzos have massively increased in value. A 2003 Ferrari Enzo was sold in August 2021 by RM Sotheby's for $3,360,000 (?2,463,132).
