The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has deteriorated into a full-blown pandemic and has killed at least 4,639 and infected 126,344 globally.
From conspiracy theorists calling it a biowar weapon to some claiming it was predicted by Nostradamus, the Internet has been awash with theories relating to the outbreak.

Some even tried to validate the claim of it being a bio-weapon by quoting a work of fiction by one American author named Dean Koontz, who predicted the 2019-2020 coronavirus outbreak in 1981.
Most of the claims circulating on social media show the book¡¯s cover and a page in the book mentioning a virus called ¡°Wuhan-400¡±. The widely circulated photo of Koontz¡¯s book page includes some highlighted text reading: ¡°They call the stuff ¡®Wuhan-400¡¯ because it was developed at their RDNA labs outside of the city of Wuhan.

Now, another eerie prophecy on the coronavirus pandemic is trending online. In the 2008 book, author and psychic Sylvia Browne wrote of a pneumonia-like outbreak that would take over the world.
Kim Kardashian shared a photo of a passage from End of Days: Predictions and Prophecies About the End of the World by Sylvia Browne (written with frequent collaborator Lindsay Harrison), which reads:

¡°In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and the bronchial tubes and resisting all known treatments. Almost more baffling than the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it arrived, attack again 10 years later, and then disappear completely,¡± the book reads.

Reports state that Slyvia Browne died in 2013 at the age of 77 and is known to have started performing psychic readings professionally in 1974.

Browne was best known in her lifetime for writing over 40 books and was a frequent guest on talk shows, during which she would do psychic readings with guests or callers.
Before you freak out completely, please remember that these are mere claims and could be just wild coincidences, none of them carry any concrete information about the currently spreading pandemic.
