What 'irony' did the internet point out?
The video raked in 2.7 million videos, 66K likes and comments to match. The irony here is bringing massive amounts of plastic to the last place it should be, in nature. The internet, caustic as ever, didn't hold back. "Why would anyone be in the woods with no tent or sleeping bag, but rolls of plastic wrap?" asked one user. "The irony of using single use plastic in nature," mentioned another. "You were clearly more motivated to see if you could and didn¡¯t stop to think if you should. What a waste of plastic, a simple, reusable tent would have sufficed," reasoned a third.
