WWE Raw March 31: Cody Rhodes destroys John Cena, calls him a ¡®company creation¡¯ ahead of WrestleMania 41

WWE Raw March 31: Cody Rhodes ripped into John Cena on the latest episode of Raw and assaulted him ahead of WrestleMania 41 where he will defend his Undisputed title against the Cenation Leader. ¡®QB1¡¯ called his opponent a ¡®company creation¡¯ and reminded him of the ¡®you can't wrestle¡¯ chants that have haunted him throughout his career. Cena then tried to assault Rhodes but received a Cross Rhodes for his efforts.

Cena insults Cody Rhodes, gets laid out

Cody Rhodes and John Cena came face-to-face for the last time before WrestleMania 41. The 16-time world champion spewed venom on his foe and called him an example of 'mediocrity'. He added that he was too 'polished' to carry the company. Cena also took a dig at his family's legacy and called him a 'nepo child. Rhodes hit back by reminding his foe of the 'you can't wrestle' chants that have haunted the soon-to-retire star throughout his career.

Rhodes also implied that Cena was never the choice of the WWE Universe as he owed his rise to Vince McMahon, the company's founder and former CEO. Cena retaliated by trying a cheap shot but failed, Rhodes then hit him with his finisher.

About WrestleMania 41?

WrestleMania 41, meanwhile, promises to be a star-studded affair. Besides Cena and Rhodes, the card includes the likes of Gunther and CM Punk. The grand event will be held in Las Vegas on April 19 and April 20.
