Mumbai: "I'm from Maharashtra. Born and brought up in Mumbai. I was a competitor; I did my nationals in Mumbai and after that I have given it up for the last ten years. Once I was watching a Sylvester Stallone movie where he said 'every person has a last shot to give' and this is what I'm looking out for. My last shot," says Michael Fernandes, body builder and personal trainer.
Bodyholics gym, Mumbai: "This is a really cool gym to have parkour in as you can see. We do a lot of crawling, ground work, natural movements, climbing, hanging.
