Which are the other luxury cars in Dubai¡¯s patrol fleet?
In 2013, as Dubai aimed to establish itself as a world-class city, the government sought to make a bold statement. Their plan involved integrating supercars into the police force, starting with the Lamborghini Aventador, which was considered the pinnacle of automotive excellence at the time.
Priced at over $500,000, the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 became the first supercar inducted into the Dubai Police fleet, capturing widespread attention from the global media. Named after a renowned Spanish fighting bull, the Aventador was celebrated for its formidable V12 engine, making it a fitting choice for Dubai Police's inaugural supercar.
In subsequent years, Dubai Police expanded their collection to include 14 supercars, featuring icons such as the Bugatti Veyron, further solidifying their reputation for innovation and luxury in law enforcement vehicles.
The Cybertruck now joins Dubai Police's prestigious lineup of high-performance patrol vehicles, which includes the flagship Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Urus Performante, Aventador, Audi R8 Coupe V10, Bentley Continental GT, McLaren MP4-12C, Aston Martin One-77, Mercedes-AMG GT63 S, and Maserati GranTurismo.
Each vehicle in the fleet embodies Dubai's commitment to modernity and ambition. Beyond their impressive appearances, these cars reflect Dubai Police's ongoing commitment to leading-edge law enforcement technology and operational efficiency. They serve not only as formidable patrol vehicles but also as symbols that underscore Dubai's dedication to ensuring safety and security for both residents and visitors alike.
